What are digestive enzymes used for?

Digestive enzymes help improve digestion and the absorption of essential nutrients in our bodies.

Our Digestive Enzymes with Synbiotic+ contain a combination of 18 broad-spectrum digestive enzymes to ensure optimal digestion and additional benefits for the gastrointestinal system.

What is a Synbiotic?

It is the result of the combination of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics.

  • Probiotics

They are live microorganisms that are naturally found in the gastrointestinal tract and, when consumed in adequate amounts, can improve digestion, strengthen the immune system, and reduce inflammation.
🌱 Yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, miso, and kimchi are some of the foods rich in probiotics.

  • Prebiotic

They are non-digestible fibers found in plant-based foods that stimulate the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in the gut.

🌱 Oats, onions, garlic, and tomatoes, among others, contain non-digestible fiber that helps feed beneficial bacteria in the gut and stimulates their growth.

  • Postbiotic

They are metabolic byproducts of probiotic microorganisms that provide health benefits, such as reducing inflammation and strengthening the immune system.

🌱 Postbiotics are not found in foods naturally, as they are metabolic byproducts of beneficial bacteria present in the gut.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended dosage?

2 capsules AM and 2 capsules PM ✌🏽

Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch or dinner.

These probiotics do not require fasting, as they are not affected by stomach acidity or bile salts.

When will I feel something?

Everyone's body is different, and the benefits you may "feel" (less bloating, more regular bowel movements, greater tolerance to foods that usually upset you) are often just the most visceral ones.

Many people feel results in just 24-48 hours due to localized benefits such as digestive health support. Other long-term benefits, such as cardiovascular health and immune function, may take longer, or you may not notice anything at all. That is completely normal. As long as you continue your daily intake, those beneficial microorganisms are doing their job inside to program, maintain, and improve your health.

Are Digestive Enzymes with Synbiotic+ compatible with my diet or dietary restrictions?

They adhere to the following diets: Vegetarian • Ketogenic • Intermittent Fasting

Can I take it with other supplements? What about medications?

Digestive Enzymes with Synbiotic+ are safe to take with other supplements.

There are no known contraindications with any over-the-counter or prescription medications, although we recommend that you consult with your doctor before adding our product to your regimen.

Is it safe to take Digestive Enzymes with Synbiotic+ while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Digestive enzymes and probiotics, in general, do not appear to pose any safety issues for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

As with any dietary supplement or new health protocol considered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we recommend that you talk to your doctor or obstetrician before starting to take it.

Do I need to refrigerate my Digestive Enzymes with Synbiotic+?

The short answer is no. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Absolutely all the strains included in Synbiotic+ are highly stable at high temperatures. Unlike most probiotics on the market, which are thermolabile.

What is the origin of Feel Good's digestive enzymes?

Our digestive enzymes come from plants, fungi, microorganisms, and yeasts.

🤓 These enzymes offer much greater versatility. Unlike animal-derived enzymes, these work in a much wider pH range of 3.0 to 9.0, allowing them to function throughout the digestive system, including the stomach and intestines. Plant-based enzymes also perform better at a temperature range of 33 to 40 degrees Celsius, meaning the average human body provides an optimal environment. In addition to promoting the digestive process, plant-based digestive enzymes help reduce inflammation in the gut.
